How it works & your questions answered
-
Tell us a little.
Name, phone, and ZIP. That is all to start.
-
Talk to your madrina.
She checks what you qualify for and answers your questions, in Spanish or English. Free.
-
Get covered.
If you want to move forward, she fills out the Marketplace application with you and gets you enrolled.
When can I choose my new plan?
From November 1. Losing your Cigna plan on December 31 is a qualifying life event, so your window runs until March 1, 2027. Choose by December 15 and your new plan starts January 1, with no gap. Other life changes can open a window too, like losing Medicaid, a new baby or a move. Your madrina checks for you, free.
What will a plan cost me?
It depends on your family and income. There is help that lowers what many families pay. Your madrina checks what you qualify for and shows you your options.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We use it only to check your coverage and help you enroll. We never sell it. See our Privacy Policy.
What does your help cost?
Nothing. Agents are paid by the insurance company, not by you.
I missed open enrollment. Am I too late?
Maybe not. If you had Cigna, you have until March 1, 2027. Other life changes open a 60-day window, and Medicaid and CHIP accept applications any month of the year. Ask your madrina.
What happens if I do nothing?
If you bought your Cigna plan on HealthCare.gov, the Marketplace may move you to a plan from another company on January 1. That plan may not include your doctors or medicines, and it may cost more. If you bought it directly from Cigna, your coverage ends on December 31. Either way, choose your plan by December 15.

I've had my Obamacare coverage for over a year and I'm extremely happy with the fast, efficient service. I'm especially grateful for the excellent care and concern of my insurance agent Rosmary Carrera.
This is my second year using this company for health care insurance through my agent Rosmari Carrera, and I must say that I’m very happy with the service. Rosmari is the best when it comes to customer service and assistance with helping you get the best insurance for you. Highly recommended.
Rosmari Carrera is an amazing agent. Always helpful and polite. I highly recommend her.
Sandra is the best insurance agent! Very compassionate and understanding. Always there and ready to help. Very hard working employee.
to begin with, here in Miami it is very difficult to get someone who is responsible, educated, transparent, and professional when you try to seek health insurance, LAS MADRINAS, meet all those qualities. from the moment you sit down or call your call center you know you are in the right place....
I only speak English and I was well received by these people who mostly speak Spanish all my needs were met and I received everything I went there for and more. I was able to purchase a life insurance after all this time I thought it impossible with all my health issues. Thank you!!
Daniela has assisted me with my insurance policy for several years. She is a dedicated and easy-to-reach person. Her customer service is excellent, and I am very satisfied with her guidance and help in choosing the best health insurance plan for me and my family. I highly recommend her!
